Three from the most important channels of the river conjugate their courses here, offering the gate of access to the most myrific and unbelievebel part of the delta: Caraorman, Puiu Lake and Rosu Lake, the old Danube course, Mila 23 or Letea forest, Danube's channels: Chilia and St. Gheorghe.
